Thediarygame For 1/12/2022: Preparing Mixed Cereal flour
As a wife and mother,it is my duty to look after the health of my family and this I can easily achieve by carefully choosing what they eat.
These days, there is a high cost of living and prices of food items keep increasing day by day, thereby making it somehow impossible to eat the complete food nutrients that the body needs.
This situation can increase the health risk of the family members. Hence, there is need to improve this situation. This is have been able to achieve, though partially by making this all in one food that cares for all the nutrients that the body needs.
Mixed Cereal is a combination of
Soyabean
Guinea corn
Millet
Yellow corn
Unripped plantain
Date fruit
Prawn
Groundnut

This combination is what I prepare into flour which we take that helps keep us healthy. When we are constantly taking this food, we rarely visit the doctor but anytime it is finished and we take the to replace it, we are usually sickly.
Dear diary
It is my pleasure to write in details again after a long time of my activities to show how busy I was that faithful Friday right from the beginning of the day till the evening. I will only describe the activities that I engaged in off chain since you are already aware of what I do on chain.
Roasting the cereals
I started my morning by mixing the dough for my buns and frying it. I did that before the kids went to school. Their niece assisted them with the breakfast while I was busy with my own routine.
After the buns, I quickly started roasting all the mixed cereals that I had sundried the day before.

So this day, I decided to conclude the whole process. I then roasted all before taking them to the commercial meal for milling.

At the mill
I spent a lot of time in the meal because I waited for the first person that came before me to grind hers, after which, mine was grinded and I still had to allow the flour to cool off before bagging them and finally take them home.
The combination of the cereals is just up to you. You determine which one should be more than the others or they all should be of equal quantities. As for me, the soyabean is always the highest in quality. Since I have the flour, to prepare it is very easy and simple. Just dessolve the quantity you want in cold water, then add hot water to it and then place it on fire and cook to thicken, your mixed cereal is ready. You can take with milk and any fries. It is very nutritious.
I was very tired after all these because I spent the whole day doing it. I then had to rest in the end.

That was how my busy day went. I am glad that I was able to accomplish that. I had longed for this day when I will get the mixed cereal ready for the family.
