Disappointment, It's that feeling, right? Like when you're expecting something awesome, and instead, you get... well, not awesome. Maybe it's a letdown, a bummer, or even a total heartbreaker. But what exactly is it? And why does it hit us so hard sometimes?

Well, we've all faced disappointments in one way or the other. Therefore, we can say it's a universal human experience, from the smallest letdowns to the most crushing blows. But why does it happen? Is it because we set our hopes too high? Or maybe it's because life just doesn't always go the way we plan?

Well, I've come to understand that disappointment can show up in all sorts of ways. Maybe you didn't get that job you wanted, or a relationship ended. Perhaps you failed a test, or your favorite team lost the game like Arsenal fans. Whatever the source, it's always a tricky emotion that can sometimes make us feel sad, angry, frustrated, or even hopeless.
