Today, I will share with you a great recipe for our users who will speed up their metabolism, low in calories, practical and who love zucchini.

I like to try different practical recipes at home, I make sure that the recipes I prepare are economical so that everyone can try them. In this recipe, if you have two zucchini, one onion, yogurt, garlic and spices in your extremely economical home, you can easily prepare it.

Since green zucchini contains high water content and fiber, it helps us to protect our intestinal health and I like its taste very much.

You can prepare this recipe for one of your meals or use it as an appetizer. I liken it to an appetizer in terms of its preparation and taste. If you have prepared a similar recipe before, please share it with me in the comments section, I am curious about different recipes prepared with zucchini.

Now I will share the ingredients you need for this recipe and the stages of making it in detail below.

Ingredients You Need For This Recipe:

  • 2 zucchini

  • 1 onion

1️⃣. For Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons each of red pepper / thyme / mint

  • 1 teaspoon salt

2️⃣.For Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons of yogurt

  • 1/2 garlic

Making Stages:

1️⃣ First, let's cut two of our zucchini in a medium-thick round shape as follows. (Let's not forget to wash the pumpkins.🙂)

2️⃣ Then, for our first sauce, let's add 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes, thyme and mint to a plate. Optionally, you can add your favorite spices. Finally, let's add 1 teaspoon of salt and our first sauce is ready.

3️⃣ Let's mix the first sauce we prepared with the zucchini that we cut in medium thickness. If you want, you can mix it with a tablespoon or by hand.

4️⃣ Place the sauced zucchini on the baking tray and finally add a few slices of onion into the zucchini to make the zucchini taste extra good.

5️⃣ Let's add our zucchini, which is cooked in the oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes, on a plate. Before that, let's add 5 tablespoons of yogurt and garlic to a plate for our second sauce. Then, let's add our cooked zucchini to the sauce we prepared with yogurt and garlic.

6️⃣ After mixing our yoghurt and garlic sauce with our pumpkins, we will get an image like the one below. Finally, I added the recipe I prepared to my presentation plate.

Delicious! I love zucchini and I'm really fond of yogurt sauces; however, I've never cooked zucchini like this.
I would eat it as dinner as well. Also, my sisters would enjoy this as a snack on pita bread chips while we play Scrabble on Sundays.
