Hi, friends,
I wish you a very happy Thursday, hope you are all safe and happy. I'm Jyoti from India I love cooking and making delicious foods every day, I'm going to share with you my food diary here.
Morning.
In the morning I have prepared lemon fried rice, dosa, and gravy for the breakfast, the food was delicious and my family was enjoyed eating them. Later I have sliced cucumbers to eat at 11 am.
Afternoon.
In the afternoon, one of our family friends arrived at our home for lunch as a guest, so I have prepared rice, a sambar with radish and lentil gram, wafers (pappad) puli kombu, and served the food on a banana leaf as a traditional formality.
Evening.
In the evening I made Chapatis with wheat flour dough, a curry with chopped cabbage, and a bowl of sambar and rice for the dinner.
