Hello food lovers, it yet another previlage for me to share my most practical recipe for the engagement challenge and I hope you learn from my special spaghetti recipe. I love spaghetti because it is easy to cook and it is delicious when it's been prepared well.

Spaghetti	1pack	350	1.7
Ice fish	1 medium size	300	1.5
power oil	1sachet	120	0.6
Gino tomatoes mix	1sachet	100	0.5
Curry powder	1sachet	50	0.25
Onga chicken Maggi cubes	6 cubes	50	0.25
Salt	1teaspoon	-	-
Carrot	4medium size	100	0.5
Green beans	to your test	50	0.25
Pepper	to your test	100	0.5
Onion	1medium size	-	-

Now my ingredients are ready for cooking,let get started with the procedure.

Step1

I put my ice fish into a clean pot and steam it for about 3minutes after that I fried it using my power oil.when it was well fried I put it on a clean plate then I set it aside.

Step2

I put small quantity of power oil into the frying pan then I put it on fire, when the oil was hot I added my sliced onions, Granded pepper into the frying pan and stir.

Now when the pepper, onions was well fried I then added my carrot, and my green beans into the frying pan and stired the entire mixture together.

Lastly I added 1cubes of Maggi and small curry powder into the mixture, I stir it together until it was well cooked.

Then I pour it into a clean bowl as you can see Bellow.

Step3

I put two cups of water into a clean pot and placed it on fire, I allowed the water to boil well then I added my spaghetti pasta into the boiled water then I allowed it to perboild for 5minute.

Step4

When it was perboild I pour it into a clean bowl and added clean water into it in other to wash out the starch.after that I sieved it into another clean bowl.

Step5

I put back another clean pot on fire, then i added my power oil into it,when the oil was hot I added my sliced onions, Granded pepper and tomatoes mix into the pot and stir.

Step6

When the pepper, onions and tomatoes mix was well fried, i added a cup of clean water into it and allow it to boil. a Then i added 5cubes of Maggi and one teaspoon of salt into it.

Step7

When the mixture was well boiled i then added my perboild spaghetti into the mixture and stir it well to make sure that all the the ingredients are well mixed.

After that i covered the pot to allow the spaghetti to cook well for about 10minutes.

Step8

When the spaghetti was well cooked, I added my fried source into the mixture and stired it well. Lastly I added my fried fish into it. Then I covered my pot to allow it to cook together for just 2minute.

Now my special spaghetti is ready 😋.....💃💃💃
