We warmly welcome all you lovers of fitness and who also loves to take on new challenges to week 3 of this season 29 Steemit challenge. It gladens our heart to see so many users keeping fit and continuing with the challenge and progressing with it. This is so commendable as our health is prioritised.

  • As you all know, this challenge is to continue to build on what we have started already. For instance, we are already in week 3 and in this week 3, we are continuing from day 7, 8 and 9 for those who already began with this challenge from week 1.

So, just choose any program of your choice from the listed programs and stick to it. Just start from the list reps you know you can be able to increase on and maintain the increase.

  • For those who wish to switch to a new program, you can also do so. But you will have to state the reasons for switching. We will understand. We just want you to keep going, keep progressing. Perhaps this will be one of its kind in your fitness life.

Below are the instructions to follow

3 days a week, 1 task

You must choose 3 days out of the 7 days in a week to perform your chosen program. It could be Monday, Wednesday and Saturday or whenever you choose.

For those coming from week 1:

Day 1Increase by at least 5 or 10 repetitions in relation to the last exercise of the previous week
Day 2Increase by at least 5 or 10 more repetitions
Day 3Increase by at least 5 or 10 more repetitions

For those starting this week:

Day 1Start from the least you can. 10, 15, or 20 or more
Day 2Increase by 5 or 10 or 15 or more
Day 3Continue with the increase you chose in day 2

Important: If you participated in week 2 and this week you decide to change the exercise, you must state in your publication the reason why you made the change.

Instructions

  • Record 3 different videos for those 3 days, showing when you are doing the program.

  • Then publish a post at the end of the 3 days you have chosen,

  • Upload the 3 videos differently along with at least one picture for each day that is, 3 pictures maximum plus your cover image, that's 4

  • Explain what you did and tell your experience in details

  • Record your vital signs, heart rate, and respiration before and after each exercise session.

Important

  • Progress on selected exercises will be assessed.

  • The publication's aesthetics (minimum 300 words, explicit videos with context) should detail the work completed.

Rules for participation:

° Publish your entry in any community, example SteemFit & StayFit or in your personal blog

° The post must be steemexclusive and you must use #steemexclusive hashtag.

° The title of the post should be: "SEC-S29W3:My Progressive Action (add your chosen program here)"

° add your own images that you took during your program, at least . DO NOT GET ANYONE FROM ANY SOURCE EXCEPT YOURS.

° Use this compulsory hashtag that will be used to track your entry- #proactfitsec-s29w3, let it appear among the first 3 tags. You can also use #steemvideo

° The publication's aesthetics (minimum 300 words, explicit videos with context) should detail the work completed.

° Drop the link to your entry at the comment section of this assignment post. This is very important and compulsory.

° your entry can be in any language of your choice

° upvote, resteem and invite your friends to join you, at least 3 of them

°There must be at least 3 reasonable comments on our entry to encourage engagement

° Plagiarism and AI publications of any sort will disqualify your entry. Be guided!

Entry will start on Monday, 26th January at 0:00 UTC, and end on Sunday, 1st February at 23:59 UTC. Posts made outside this period will be disqualified.

How winners will be rewarded

Winners will be selected according to how they followed the instructions listed above, and their progress will be accessed

6 winners will be selected at the end of the week and be rewarded by SC01
