When You Listen You Produce Wisdom

When you think of sellers, you see a person who explains something, who talks a lot, it is the opposite of a successful seller, the sale is done with the ears and not with the mouth. How can I be a person of trust, a professional advisor, a friend who understands you if I don't know what is bothering you, what problem you have, what you want, what are your wishes and ambitions, what is stopping you from doing something, etc? When we keep quiet we gain knowledge, absorb information, and have a much better chance of being creative and successful than when we talk. The point is to become masters at listening to the right information, that is, to choose the right places from where to take the information. If I sit with people who don't have wise advice and stories but talk about some unimportant life topics, I can't learn anything smart that will help me achieve my goals. A good listener finds excellent sources of information and knowledge, is dedicated to progress, and immediately applies the lessons learned in practice, because only through practice, attempts can we reach results. The real wisdom is to choose the right moment when we say something, and what we say should be strong, clear, pure, and understandable, that is the real power of leadership.

When you sit with someone and talk, concentrate on what the person is saying, try to understand the motives why he is talking, we just need to empathize with the other side. Don't think about what you will say while listening to the other person, don't interrupt him while he is talking, be a real master of communication. It is not easy to change, the hardest part is to understand our mistakes, to accept them, and to bring the ego to the ground, then we have a chance to establish new rules and new habits for our successful life.
