One thing that I love about myself is that I am a constant learner. I learn from the tiniest thing and try my best to improve that's why I read books and when I say books I meant Self-help books. Imagine someone spent his 30-40 years of life searching for a perfect cake recipe and then he jotted down all the ingredients and steps. Now after ages a person doesn't have to spend his 30-40 years of life to achieve that cake taste, he just has to read it. I am more mature than an average Pakistani girl because of this reason. I am more peaceful because I know how to achieve that state.

I don't use social media blindly without having any idea why am I using it. Many people say that they are using it for relaxation but they don't know the long-term effects of that thing. I recommend you all to read the book Compound effect if you want a free ebook you can comment below.

There are certain things that I do to know about myself. To know yourself more means to introspect. You can also follow this to introspect yourself.

1) What makes you happy?

what makes you happy doesn't involve the happiness that you seek after seeing others happy and doing the same thing and pretending that these are the things that make me happy. NO, I am talking about the things that genuinely make you happy. It can be a good thing or bad. Maybe you like watching movies and Netflix, listening songs, sleeping, or anything. Jot down all the things in a paper because these are the things that describe who you are as a person.

Things that make me happy are yoga, reading books, cooking, and gardening.

2) Your Core Values

You define your values and then work accordingly. You must know your values whether you are an honest person or a loyal person and then build your boundaries accordingly. Like I am a university student and I know boundaries that I will never cross even if I want to.

3) Stress Management is life management

This is thing that is one of the difficult things for me because in stress I can be rude and less productive which is why I raised the line from where become stressful. Maybe you are thinking about how to do this but once you know how your brain works then you start controlling yourself. I don't get stressed so easily.

When we experience doubt and insecurity, we judge ourselves harshly, hold ourselves to unrealistic standards, and often wonder why we deserve to be loved. Left unchecked, self-doubt can be dangerous, if not catastrophic, to the health of a relationship.

Doubt of the heart is a big problem, because we cannot live in doubt. In other words, doubt prevents us from moving forward but at the same time prevents us from going back.

Doubts often make us a dilemma in life, making us not have to do and become like waves tossed about in the ocean. Self-doubt also keeps us from opportunities, forcing us to lose opportunities.

I agree with you. You nicely described it. I love the way you feel happy lije yoga, cooking, reading ang gardening etc. These are really nice way to feel happiness.
