CURATION REPORT, TEAM-4 WEEK-03
Hi steemians,
TEAM-4 3rd week of curation with Sc07 account just ended and so we are here to present our second report today, 21st February 2022
We were able to curate articles written by Steemians which are supervised by our team, TEAM-4 and using the @steemcurator07 curation account, while keeping objective, impartiality and honest work in choosing the best posts of the week.
During the week, we were able to fully used all the 7-days of the week to work and curate hundreds of articles and tens of comments written by great authors.
Our week ran smoothly in the respective days of of which we were able to carry out curation and we were able to curate 172 posts and 36 comments, giving us a total of 208 posts curated by TEAM-4. We noticed that each community is making efforts to stand out by creating different dynamics for users to work on.

Experience: This week was quite pleasant to cure, I presented some problems due to electricity issues but I managed to solve my round of curation without major problems. It is notorious that most of the publications belong to the challenges and games of the newspaper, so they are publications with a high % of support.

It was another day of curation and on this special day, as usual, I tried as much as possible navigating to different communities, searching for different tags and blogs of individuals in other to look for good quality posts and give my maximum support to them. While navigating, I came across several articles of which I finally supported 29 of them and skipped some. My reason for skipping some of this article was mainly because the users concern didn't belong to any club status. So I urge everyone to always try as much as possible to power up equal amount to transfer out. I also skipped some because the users concern didn't take time to create and publish quality contents as some of the posts lacked in-depth analysis. However, It was a pleasure supporting good number of quality comments. I hope to visit more good quality comments subsequently

This Friday was a very good day of curation for me. I started quite late as the account recovered a bit later than usual. After starting the curation, I have visited different communities and various tags. And in total, I curated 28 posts and 5 quality comments. I always keep in mind to support only the eligible posts just like steemexclusive, club status and plagiarism free. So, in short, It was another great curation experience for me.

Today's curation was not any different from how Interesting it use to be. I was on the move as usual exploring the platform for contents I can curate and of course I find quite a number of them. I supported users in different club categories which includes club50 club75 and club100. Altogether I had a good time carrying out my responsibility.

Observation :
Pretty good week to see a lot of posts, all users have enjoyed a good writing style so I spend time reading different types and interesting themes from users. However, voting is part of my job as a member of Team 4 on Sunday, and not all can be supported with additional votes from SC07. The best hope is that the next week's many good posts to see and read as today, for today it is not difficult to find a good post. In the end, I gave support to 23 Posts and 6 comments, an exciting day for me.

I had a lovely start of the week curating here with plenty of interesting and informative posts out there to support. I noticed that many got into the habit of posting regularly, pretty much daily, which is exactly what blogging is all about. The bloggers illustrated their articles with lots of photographs and cared to format the exclusive content as well. The majority of the Steemians I paid a visit took part in more than one engagement challenge a week. I also came across many useful comments helping others by explaining how Steemit works and what one needs to do to grow their account here and become more and more popular.

Today I enjoyed curating because the engagement challenge just finished and comprehensively concentrated on curating the entire day. It always provides me pleasure while dwelling on miscellaneous posts on this platform. Several posts make me comprehend the taste of people and their different choices. Like other weeks today, I also tried to reach the maximum number of contents and covered some excellent comments. I began curating at 11:40 am. In between, as usual, I left the account to boost its power and then I finished today's curation.

Opinion: Today, I found this post quite intestine. The author have actually written a diary game in which he explained different tasks of his day and the most important are playing games like badminton, and loddo. He also spent time in the lab and do some experimental works there. I also enjoyed while watching his crypto chart analysis. So, in overall, the quality was very good and pictures was also of good quality especially of the flowers. So, these are some reasons for the selection of this post.

Opinion: My pick is publication from a Bangladesh user and the post is under he #art category. The craft caught my attention so much that I had to go through the post to see how the user came up with the craft. It's quite simple and economical. It's really good to see people come up with nice and beautiful things from materials we do not really pay attention to. I feel users like this should be encouraged so that they their talent can find more expression.

Opinion: This is a post on the participation of a contest that I held, the theme of which was currency. It just so happened that a big thing happened in Nigeria, where there was a change of new banknotes. If someone reads this post, they will ask why there is a change in the new banknote. Once I found out, this happened to overcome the excess cash from circulation, as well as help in the fight against corruption. In this post the author provides information about the currency contained in the country of Nigeria, making this post has an interesting information value, and is presented quite well.

Opinion: Post: Let's join the author and take part in a carnival the way they do it in Verona, Italy. The blogger did not plan on attending the event but luckily for us here on the platform he happened to be in town. He tells us about the origin of the carnival as well with complimentary gnocchi on the last day which I find rather appealing. Verona does attract many tourists who then also treat themselves to a nice break in one of the resorts at the nearby Lake Garda with Sirmione being my personal favourite. I like the photo of the bunch of young people wearing sheep costumes. It looks like they are having fun like at a festival over here in the UK. The author even powered up 8,000 STEEM last week which I find rather impressive.

Opinion: While curating this post, I remembered my childhood when I also spent my time with my besties. Here, the author mentions that while making the billboard about how she enjoyed it with her friends. They sang a song, but she wasn't able to finish the billboard because of a missing part. The reason for selecting the post is to cherish the most precious time of our life which the author portrays beautifully.
