What do you understand by heat stroke? |

Friends the heat stroke is a medical condition which is occur when there is too much hotness around us due to which our body's temperature increases too high and we get prone to heat stroke. It happens too quickly especially during the summer season which stops the sweating mechanisms of our body which results in decrease in the cooling mechanisms our body. Then we may lose control over ourselves and may fall suddenly and go in unconscious condition.
Now a days the temperature in my area is about 45 Celsius which is too high. Also the weather reports are saying that the intensity of summer will increase UpTo 50 Celsius in upcoming days which will increase the chances of heat waves which results in causing heat strokes among the people. In most of the cases children and old aged people get prone to it because their bodies can't bear that level of hotness.
Describe the symptoms of this condition |

First of all take the person who is suffering from heat stroke inside the shady areas and provide him cooling.
Then cover the person with cool clothes and apply cool pads inside his neck, armpits and at his head.
Provide him electrolyte water and natural juices to make his body cool from inside.
Also provide him with energy drinks which will be helpful from recovering this issue quickly.
If the symptoms remain then consult to the physicians or a medical specialist.

Thank you so much dear Mam 🌹
It is established that heatstroke may caused by two main factors: A dysfunctional body system and an extreme hot weather condition. If the heatstroke is not coming from the weather conditions, further time should not be wasted. The patient should be taken to the hospital.
Actually the heat stroke mainly caused by the body's disability of bearing high temperature which cause complications for people. By the way thanks a lot for commenting ☺️
