SLC31-W3: Shop & Share Challenge - Street Market Purchase

The contest hosted by @josepha in the fourth week of Steemit Challenge Season 31 is SLC31-W3: Shop & Share Challenge - Street Market Purchase. I visited an open street market. It is located along the Second Campus Road in the Duet area of Gazipur district. This open shop sits next to the road every day. A fresh vegetable is imported and sold daily. The operating hours of more shops for purchasing fresh vegetables are from 6 am to 2 pm. Vegetables from this open street shop are sold until the specified time.

I bought one of the vegetables from the AO shop. There were other vegetables available in this shop as well. I bought a kilogram of Corolla from here. Every vegetable here was very fresh. I bought this corolla, one of the vegetables I bought. The corollas here were also quite fresh. These recently imported corollas were very green and quite healthy. Green leafy vegetables and collard greens

There was no shortage of fresh vegetables here. These are potatoes, onions, green peppers, green beans, collard greens, gourds, papaya, corolla, eggplant, lemon, etc. Also, different vegetables are imported here every day according to the season and are sold regularly. Here I enjoyed the fresh beauty of vegetables. Here, buyers regularly import fresh vegetables to ensure product quality and quality service. You can see pictures of vegetables below.

Here, gourds, pumpkins, papayas, sweet potatoes, green beans, and collard greens were very reasonable. Other products are also available here at very reasonable prices. That is why the crowd of buyers here is constantly noticeable.

I bought a fresh Corolla from here. I didn't spend much money here to buy a Corolla because the prices were very reasonable. Here I bought one kg of Corolla. I bought one kg of Corolla for 50 Bangladeshi taka. I have mentioned the steem price list below.

It should be noted that purchases here are made in retail and since it is a street shop, no purchase receipts are given. There is no system to issue a purchase receipt after purchasing the product. That's why I was unable to get a purchase receipt here even if I wanted to.

There are several reasons why I chose this street shop. I will mention the reasons for choosing this shop in sequence. This shop is located very close to my house. I chose this shop easily because it is located near my house. Also, the vegetable items in this shop are very fresh. Since these are freshly imported and sold regularly, there is no need to mix any adulteration in the vegetables. Above all, this shop is chosen with the desire to get fresh vegetables. Another reason to choose this store is the reasonable prices.

I only purchased a Corolla from the open shop on this street that I already mentioned. There were many other products purchased here, but I only purchased a Corolla that day. However, sometimes I buy many types of vegetable products from here. I am very careful when buying vegetables here. Whenever I need vegetables, I buy them according to my needs. But I only purchased one kilogram of Corolla on the day of my review. I re-referenced the photography of the fresh Corolla I purchased.

I am quite satisfied with the quality of the products here. It makes me even happier that as an open roadside shop, very healthy vegetables are available here. Not only that, but it is possible to purchase these healthy fresh vegetables at a very reasonable price. And I have a pretty good relationship with the shopkeeper here, since I live right next to his shop. As a shopkeeper I know, his behavior and honesty impress me greatly. Overall, I have a very good experience with his shop. Starting from the quality of the products, the operations of this shop are quite unique to me. I am quite satisfied with the operations of this store from my experience.

✓ In some places street or open markets usually cause traffic describe how busy the street or open market is

Yes, roadside shops cause traffic congestion in most places. But I can also say with great joy that this shop has no effect on the road. Because Duet 2nd Campus Road does not have much traffic. Due to limited traffic, there is no possibility of any traffic jams caused by this shop. Although roadside shops often cause traffic congestion, the shops I reviewed did not cause any traffic congestion even though they were crowded with customers. Because this shop is located on the far side of the road, it does not have any impact on the road.

✓ What is your advice to the street or open market sellers to improve business performance?

I have a few suggestions for street vendors to further expand and accelerate operations while maintaining business conditions. I have mentioned my suggestions below.

• The decoration of the products should be flashy and more products should be placed in a small space so that there is not too much impact on the street.

• In addition to increasing product quality, price relaxation and increase according to customer demand. Businessmen will always be popular in this.

• Ensuring good customer service and product quality. Maintaining affordable prices for fresh vegetables would be a good idea.

• If it is necessary to expand the store as needed without causing suffering, then steps should be taken to avoid public suffering.
