The subject of the four week is Potato Paratha. Here I will teach you how to make Potato Paratha and what ingredients are needed to make this recipe.
Actually, potatoes are a very common ingredient for making food. I think more or less all of us have potatoes at home. And if we can make different unique and beautiful recipes with this common ingredient, it will be very good. Moreover, it is seen that many of us like to eat potatoes in any recipe. And if we make a beautiful recipe with simple ingredients and serve it on our dining table, then I think everyone will like it a lot. Moreover, even if guests suddenly come to the house, you can make a beautiful recipe with potatoes and serve it. Then it is seen that everyone will like this extraordinary recipe made with these simple ingredients.

Potato paratha is a very popular dish in our country. In our country, this potato paratha is made very easily with spicy potato filling inside the hot paratha. The biggest specialty of potato paratha is its soft and layered outer part and the tasty filling inside. The inner filling is made by combining boiled aloo with onion and chili. Which tastes very amazing to eat. Moreover, I think this dish is very tasty and also quite nutritious. It makes a great combination for breakfast or afternoon snack. The whole family can enjoy it very well for afternoon snack. I hope everyone will like this recipe.
Ingredients
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Potatoes | 4-5 |
| Flour | 1 cup |
| Salt | To taste |
| Onion | 2 |
| Chilli powder | 2 tsp |
| Coriander leaves | As measured |
| Mustard oil | 2 tsp |
| Soybean oil | As measured |
| Water | As measured |
Preparation method :
First, I cut a few potatoes in half and put them in a pot to boil. Then, I boiled them well and cooked them.
Then I peeled the boiled potatoes and mashed them well with a slotted spoon.
Then, I added chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, and two teaspoons of dried chili powder to the mashed potatoes.
Then, first, I mixed everything together with salt and then mixed it well with the potatoes with the appropriate amount of mustard oil to make potato puree.
Then I took a cup of flour. Then I added salt to taste and two spoons of soybean oil to the flour.
Then I first mixed the oil with the flour and kneaded it with my hands to see if it was perfect. Then I mixed the flour well with a little water as needed.
Then I took a small portion of the kneaded dough and rolled it out first. Then I put the potato filling in the middle, rolled it out again and rolled it out well.
Then I rolled a few parathas one by one in the potato filling and coated them nicely. Then I fried the potato parathas well by turning them upside down in a pan with oil.

You have explained each step of the recipe so beautifully and clearly that it makes you hungry just by looking at it. 😋 Potato parathas are not only tasty but also a complete and nutritious breakfast. 🥔 I especially liked your method of making mashed potatoes (Aloo Ka Bharta), the use of mustard oil gives it a special aroma and taste. 🌿🌶️
