In fact, I am very happy to have this honorable opportunity. And welcome to Learning Challenge Season 30. This is the six week of the learning challenge. The subject of the six week is Potato Cutlet. Here I will teach you how to make Potato Cutlet and what ingredients are needed to make this recipe.

Actually, potatoes are a very common ingredient for making food. I think more or less all of us have potatoes at home. And if we can make different unique and beautiful recipes with this common ingredient, it will be very good. Moreover, it is seen that many of us like to eat potatoes in any recipe. And if we make a beautiful recipe with simple ingredients and serve it on our dining table, then I think everyone will like it a lot. Moreover, even if guests suddenly come to the house, you can make a beautiful recipe with potatoes and serve it. Then it is seen that everyone will like this extraordinary recipe made with these simple ingredients.

Potato Cutlet

Potato cutlets are a very popular snack. This snack is very tasty and looks very attractive. The outside of this cutlet is very crispy and the inside is soft. That's why it's very nice to eat. Moreover, its biggest specialty is that it can be easily made with very simple ingredients. This can be a perfect recipe as an afternoon snack. We usually like to eat such foods for afternoon snacks. Even if guests come to the house, we can serve this food in front of everyone. This recipe can be made with only boiled potatoes and some spices. However, it's better to eat this cutlet with sauce. biscuit powder	One cup
chilli powder	One spoon
turmeric powder	One spoon
spices	Half spoon

Preparation method :

First, I took two large potatoes. Then I cut them in half and boiled them well.

Then I added oil to the pan, then chopped onion and green chilies, stirred well and fried them.

Then I added everything together, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and onion, stirred well again, and fried it.

Then I broke the boiled potatoes and added them to the spices, stirring well again to mix everything together.

Then, I cooled the potatoes for a while, took a small amount of oil in my hands, pressed them evenly, and shaped them into potato cutlets, making a few cutlets like this.

I took a cloth and cracked an egg into a bowl. Then I dipped the potato cutlets in the egg and placed them in the biscuit crumbs.

Then I rolled the potato cutlets in the biscuit crumbs and put them in the middle. I made several cutlets in this way.

Then I added oil as per the size of the pan. Then I put the cutlets one by one in the oil and fried them well, turning them over and over until they were crispy. I fried them all in this way.
