Designing a Children's Book - Potty Training (Next pages)
We all know that it takes time for children to learn about right behavior.
This is a book I designed with Photoshop which shows some of the difficulties...
In the first few pages we had a look at a family - let's call them the Meyers - living in their beautiful home and seeing their daily life. As we saw there is a lot of stuff going on, in particular when it comes to raising children...Paul and his sister Nena don't always know how to behave (at least what their parents think they should do) and these scenes give a better insight:
Nena is burping at the breakfast table! How naughty! ;) But even Paul thinks that this is gross!
In a next scene Paul has a little accident... He wet his pants! Of course this is very uncomfortable and it would have been better for him to use the potty! Maybe only their dog Spot doesn't think this to be unusual... after all, this ground here seems perfectly okay for peeing (but a tree would have been better no doubt).
Here we see Nena eating from the sugar jar and some of the left over muffins! Yummy and ....messy! If only their parents hadn't noticed... Of course this sweet stuff tastes amazing, but as Nena and Paul would find out later it is apparently bad for their teeth :(
