This is a huge market. I don't think there is such a big market anywhere. There are markets, but there is no market like this. This is located in Munsikhola next to Pagla Bazar in Narayanganj district. A big feature of this market is that several crores of taka transactions are done here every day. Because this area is an industrial area. There is one or two banks or many banks in this market. The market was closed today due to Eid closure, and the market is not open yet. I went mainly to withdraw money from the ATM booth. So, I thought I would take a picture of the market from beginning to end. It is not possible to capture such a large market completely on my mobile. Still, I tried to capture it. And this is the picture in front of the market; this road goes from Postakhola to Narayanganj. Every evening, this place is very busy. There are shops of steel sector dealers in this market. Rods are supplied from here to different parts of Bangladesh every day.

Seeing this work reminded me of my childhood. This work is still done in the village by people cutting the cooking wood into pieces that can be cooked in the stove. However, this is not seen much anymore. Because nowadays these are cut into small pieces by machines. I also did this work once when I was in the village. I understand how much work it is to chop down big trees with an axe because I have done this kind of work, although I have not done it for money. But I understand the hard work.

The water of the Buriganga is no longer as clean as it used to be. I was surprised to see the condition of the water at the place where I was standing. The water of the river would be clear and pure but grey in color, almost black. There is a saying in our village language: if someone does something bad, they say, "Come and bathe in the Ganges water and everything will be fine." There is another proverb, "A black girl is better than a black river." This place is crossed by boats every day from one side to the other. It is called Kheyaghat.

I am going home from Pagla Bazar via a road in the neighborhood instead of the main road. There is a canal here, but you wouldn't think there is a canal here. This canal meets the Buriganga. However, I was quite surprised to see the condition of the canal. The entire area from where this canal starts to where it ends is filled with garbage. The entire canal is filled with garbage from the area. There is no way to drain the water that flows through this canal. There is no one to look after it.

There is a residential area on the banks of the canal where all kinds of vegetables are grown. On the way through here, I saw many banana trees, one of which was carrying bananas. These bananas are called Kachkala. Everyone in our house likes these bananas. Earlier, my daughter did not like this, and now she says that if these bananas are available in the market, then she should buy them. I'm a little greedy for this banana, but it won't sell. Unable to control my greed, I took a picture.

I bought these types of noodles for home after a long time. I always have noodles at home because my daughter loves noodles very much, so I always have noodles in stock at home. I buy steak noodles; I have been buying steak noodles for the past three to four years. Today, at home, I am asking to buy curved noodles without steak. My daughter says she will eat soup with these noodles. You cannot cook soup with steak noodles. I bought Chop Steak Noodles from the well-known company Square Company in Bangladesh. I'm a vegetarian at home, so I'm cooking vegetarian noodles. It's a lot of fun to eat.
