I am going to make a leftover recipe today. At home, we usually bake bread at night. When we bake bread, we often see that one or two loaves are left in the morning. Instead of wasting it, we will prepare a new dish with it, which will help us first prevent the food from spoiling and, second, try a new recipe. The recipe name is Bread Sweet Pudding.

The Story Behind It

This recipe is usually prepared at home, but people prepare it in a different way. Some people prepare it by first dividing it into thin pieces like this, then putting it in yogurt, adding sugar to it, and eating it. But here, my mother often prepared this recipe for us, so today I also prepared this recipe.

There are two reasons for preparing this recipe. The first reason is that we save our bread from going to waste. Often it dries out and becomes uneatable. On the one hand, we save the bread from going to waste, and on the other hand, we get to see a new recipe.

Sometimes we don't feel like eating bread, or sometimes we feel like eating something unique, so preparing such a leftover recipe gives a different pleasure, and we get to see a different taste, which is why this recipe has been prepared.

This morning I also felt like eating a new recipe, so I asked my mother to give me the old bread that was left overnight, through which we will try the new recipe you told us, so I prepared this recipe, all the details of which are listed below.

Ingredients:

To prepare this recipe, we don't need any special ingredients. We just need some leftover bread from the night before. We also need some sugar and oil, with the help of which we will prepare this recipe.

Process:

There is an easy way to prepare this recipe. First, we have to break our bread into small pieces, then we have to knead the bread with our hands and make it very fine.

When this bread becomes very thin, we have to take a frying pan and first of all, we have to add oil to it. Along with adding oil, we have to add half a cardamom seed so that it remains in the best taste.

When our oil is well heated, we have to add a cup of sugar to this oil. While adding the sugar, we have to be careful that we do not spill the hot oil on it. We have to mix it carefully, and at the same time, we have to add water to it.

Now we have to mix it well and keep heating it for a while until it becomes a sauce. We have to check it with the help of our finger. When our finger starts sticking to the top, then our sauce will be ready. Now we have to put the bread that we had finally cut into small pieces into it. After putting the bread pieces in it, we have to mix it well.

Now we just have to steam it for five minutes so that the bread becomes really soft. Our bread is already cooked, so we don't need to add too much steam, just soften it a little at the front.

Thus, finally, my recipe is ready. To make this recipe more beautiful and more tasty, I am using some of my dry fruits. I will garnish it with these dry fruits. Thus, my final recipe is ready, and I am presenting it below through my name card.

There are many methods of saving food through which we save our food from spoiling. Three of the methods that we use to save food from spoiling are listed below.

  • The first way to prevent food from spoiling is to wash everything we bring home, whether it's from the market or from the store. After washing it, we store it in the refrigerator. This is an easy way to prevent our food from spoiling and also stops the growth of bacteria. Just as anything brought from the market is washed, cleaned of bacteria, and stored in the refrigerator, similarly, every cooked item at home is necessarily stored in the refrigerator after about two hours to prevent it from spoiling.
  • Another way to save food is to store it in a closed container that does not allow air to pass through, because whenever moisture gets inside the food, the food spoils quickly due to this moisture. So, to protect it from this moisture, use airtight containers.
  • There are different methods of storing different foods. For example, dry foods such as rice, flour, or spices should be protected from direct sunlight and kept in a cool place in the shade so that they do not spoil. However, cooked foods that are more likely to spoil must be frozen in the freezer or placed in the refrigerator.
