For my magic with 3, I made toast bread with fried egg. This is a breakfast that show the simplicity of having a good breakfast which can be enjoyed despite how simple it is.

- Egg
- Bread
- onion
Procedure
These are the procedures I used to make my magic with three.
I started by washing the egg and then I broke the egg into a bowl plate. I went on the slice the onions to be used as garnishing.

I put the onions in the egg and then sliced a piece of red pepper just to add colour to the egg.

I added the sliced pepper into the egg and then it was time to add a pinch of salt. I added the salt to enhance the taste of the egg and then mixed all of them together.

Then I went ahead to fry the egg. I added a little oil to the fry pan and poured in the egg mix.

I allowed it to cook for a while and then I turned it over to the other side for it to cook too. When it was ready, I brought it down and put it in a plate.

I then proceeded to toast the bread. I didn’t have a toaster so I had to manually toast the bread on the fry pan. I allowed it to toast a while and then I turned it over to the other side and allowed to toast a little too.

Soonest my toast was ready and my dish was served.
Tell us the story behind , Why did you choose these 3 ingredients to make recipe? Did it remind you of something from your childhood, a quick meal you make when you’re tired, or an experiment that turned out surprisingly good? |
|---|
Well, when you wake up hungry in the morning as was my story today and need to whip up a quick breakfast, what comes to your mind would be what magic can I make with the simplest recipe available.
Two months ago I was diagnosed with ulcer and one of the things that have stuck with me is sudden pang of hunger and when the hunger strike comes, the next thing to relive it is to think of a quick food if there’s none available.
Something that wouldn’t waste time to fix because the more time I waste, the more my stomach bites and it can be quite unbearable and discomforting.
So for me this breakfast is a quick meal I eat when I don’t have time to start making something exorbitant or something that would take so much time and it also something I make when I am tired to do any serious cooking and want to have a quick bite.
As I was this morning and it really came in handy. It was quick and easy and very affordable.
Was it harder, easier, or more fun than you expected? What did you learn from cooking with only 3 ingredients? |
|---|
Making my magic with 3 breakfast was easier for me and more of fun than I expected.
Ordinarily, when I want to make omelet or fried egg, I usually put in a lot of ingredients cos I want it to feel rich and more appetizing.
I use to add sardines, fresh tomatoes and other vegetables like green peas, green beans, carrots etc and therefore I end up using more money and it’s expensive.
But having to make this recipe, I have learnt that I could still have my fried egg with low budget and it will still come out nice.
Meaning I don’t need to break the bank to have a good breakfast and it’s still a great experience I had with my magic with 3 breakfast. So I had learn how to make something good and edible with minimal recipe hence saving cost.
Present your recipe beautifully with your name card with date. |

Thank you sis.
Delicioso!!!
Es una desayuno perfecto porque es muy fácil de hacer y con pocos Ingredientes, pensé en ello para mí participación, menos mal tuve otra idea para no coincidir de platillo.
Su presentación luce muy linda. Éxitos.
