I drained all the water from the boiled rice using a strainer. After that, only the layering of the biryani was left to do.
First, I spread a layer of rice in the pan. Then I added the potato korma, followed by mint leaves. After that, I added another layer of rice and repeated the process. Finally, I topped the biryani with fried onions, mint leaves, a little orange food coloring, and two spoons of oil. Then, I placed it on low heat (dum) for 15 minutes.

My complete menu for today was Aloo Biryani, Lassi, and Custard. In my opinion, it was a complete and balanced menu. The main dish was delicious Aloo Biryani because biryani is loved by almost everyone, whether it is made with potatoes, chicken, beef, or mutton. The spices are generally similar, which makes it a favorite dish for many people. For dessert, I chose custard because it is simple, tasty, and can be prepared on a low budget. I made a basic custard and added a little milk cream on top to enhance its taste. For the drink, I served chilled lassi, which was very easy to make since yogurt and sugar were already available at home. Lassi is a refreshing drink that helps prevent a heavy feeling after a meal, so I thought it was the perfect choice for the feast. This menu was not only affordable but also presentable, and most importantly, my friend was very happy with it.

prepared this complete menu using different ingredients. Most of the ingredients were already available at home, while I bought a few things from the market, such as potatoes ,mint and milk.
| Ingredients | PKR rupees | steem price |
|---|---|---|
| Potatoes | 40 | 4.1 |
| Rice | 200 | 20.5 |
| Milk | 120 | 12.3 |
| Yougrt | 90 | 9.2 |
| Oil | 50 | 5.1 |
| Spices | 50 | 5.1 |
| Mint | 10 | 1.0 |
| Onion | 40 | 4.1 |
Our total menu cost 600 Pakistani rupees, while the Steam Prize was 61.5. I think it is more economical compared to buying the same food from the market.

Congratulations! Your post has been upvoted from sc-07 account. The budget feast potato biryani you made looks very tempting. If you have lassi as a drink, then the meal will be complete. I have never made potato biryani but it looks like it will definitely be delicious.
