Making Process of malai Bread roll
Step 1:
First, I will make the malai, for this I put 2 cups of milk in a pan on the stove. To make malai, the milk has to be boiled and thickened, but I added 1 cup of powdered milk, sugar and semolina to thicken the milk in a short time, when the milk got a little hot. Then I stirred it continuously and mixed everything very well.

Step 2:
After stirring everything together, the malai will start to thicken very quickly. At this stage, you have to stir continuously so that the malai does not get lumpy. When the malai thickens, I added cashew nuts, ground almonds, white cardamom powder and saffron for a beautiful color. Then I stirred everything and cooked it for some more time. When the malai is almost done, I added 1 tablespoon of ghee for a great flavor. Then I stirred it and removed it from the stove, and delicious malai was ready.

Step 3:
After preparing the malai, I will prepare the bread, for which I took the amount of bread I wanted to make for the malai rolls. I placed one piece of bread on the board and rolled it out by applying pressure, in the same way I rolled out the bread for all the rolls I would make. Then I placed the rolled bread on the board and cut the brown part with a knife to separate it.

Step 4
Now I will make the rolls, so I took a piece of bread, put the previously prepared Malai filling on the bread. Then I slowly rolled the bread and made a roll. Similarly, I made all the bread rolls with Malai filling and took them out in a bowl.

Step 5:
Now, prepare the milk to soak the Malai rolls in. For this, in a pan on the stove, add 2 cups of liquid milk, 1/3 cup of powdered milk, 1/3 cup of sugar,one pinch saffron for colour and 1/2 teaspoon of white cardamom powder for flavor. Then, stir everything and set it on fire.There is no need to boil the milk to thicken it. Once the milk has boiled well, remove it from the stove and let it cool.

Step 6:
When the milk has cooled down a bit, pour the milk over the prepared Malai bread rolls so that the bread rolls can soak well. After some time, you will see that the rolls have become soft and soaked in the milk. At this stage, the bread rolls will be even tastier if you keep them in the refrigerator or serve them immediately.
