"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 102: (Crunchy Chop Snacks Recipe)"

I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I invite all my chef friends to my another recipe blog. Today I will share with you a Crunchy Noodles Chop Recipe in the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.101 competition organized by @mvchacin in the Steemit Iron Chef community.

Making Process
Step 1:
For the Noodle Chop recipe, I took four medium-sized potatoes. First, I peeled the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Then, I boiled the potato pieces well in a pot of water on the stove.

Step 2:
I took the boiled potato pieces onto a plate, then mashed them very well while they were still hot with a potato masher so that there were no lumps.

Step 3:
After mashing the potatoes well, I added fried onions, chopped coriander leaves, chili flakes, chili powder, roasted cumin powder, chat masala, and salt to taste. Then, mix everything well with your hands. Mix the potato puree well so that there are no hard pieces inside.

Step 4:
At this stage, grease your hands with oil and take a potato chop-sized amount of the filling and roll it in your palms to make potato chops. I made all the potato chops in the same way and placed them in a bowl.

Step 5:
I took four packets of noodles to coat the potato chops, then gently crushed the noodles. I kept the spices from the packet of noodles in a separate bowl which I would use to make the flour dough.

Step 6:
I took two cups of flour in a bowl, added the spice mixture from the packet of noodles to the flour, then mixed everything very well with a hand whisk. After mixing the dry ingredients, I took water in a glass and poured it little by little into the flour dough and mixed it to make a dough.

Step 7:
First coat the potato chops with the flour dough, then roll them in the chopped noodles and coat them well so that no part is left out. Similarly, roll all the potato chops in the noodles and coat them.

After coating the noodles, at this stage they can be stored in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
Step 8:
To fry the chops, I heated the oil in a pan on the stove. Then, when the oil was hot enough, I dropped the chops into the oil. I fried them until brown and drained the oil.

Final Presentation
These crispy chops will be loved by everyone in the house, young and old, when served with tomato sauce and chili sauce on the afternoon snack table.
