🧑🍳Greetings Dear Chef 🧑🍳
I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I invite all my chef friends to my another recipe blog. Today I will share with you a Delicious Chotpoti Recipe in the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.104 competition organized by @mariami in the Steemit Iron Chef community.

INGREDIENTS
I have listed the ingredients required for the recipe below.
| Ingredients | Quantity | Ingredients | Quantity |
Peas | 2 cup | Tamarind | 50 gm |
Boil Egg | 2 pcs | Chilli Flacks | 1 tbsp |
Readymix spice | 1 tbsp | Sugar | 2 tbsp |
Bit salt | 1 tbsp | Other ingredients | As required |
Preparation
To make the chapati, I took 2 cups of peas, soaked them in a bowl with enough water overnight. If you soak the peas overnight, they will double in moisture and cook faster.
After soaking the peas overnight, I washed and cleaned them, then added enough water to boil them in a pot. Now I added salt to the peas to taste and added turmeric powder to prevent the color of the peas from fading after boiling. Then I stirred everything together, covered it with a lid and cooked it on low-medium heat. When the peas were well cooked, I stirred them and removed them from the stove.
Now to make tamarind juice, I took 50 grams of tamarind in a bowl. I soaked the tamarind in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, when the tamarind became soft, I took out the tamarind puree with my hands and separated the tamarind pulp and seeds. Then I strained it through a sieve to make a smooth tamarind puree.
To bring a little sweetness to the tamarind puree, I added 1 tablespoon of sugar and a little water to adjust the consistency. I added 1/4 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of beet salt, half a teaspoon of chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of chili flakes, half a teaspoon of chopped green chilies, and finally, I mixed it well with lemon juice.
Now, I added 2 tablespoons of readymix chili powder, 2 tablespoons of chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of chopped green chili, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 boiled egg cut into cubes, half a cup of prepared tamarind puree, and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes to the boiled chickpeas. Then, I stirred everything with a spoon and mixed it all together.
After mixing all the ingredients, I took a serving bowl to serve. I put the dal mixed with the spices of the chili in the bowl, sprinkled chopped coriander leaves and chopped onion on top.
Finally, I grated a boiled egg and spread it on top of the chatpati, then added the prepared tamarind puree. Now the hot and delicious sweet and sour chatpati is ready to serve.

The final look of the chatpati was quite attractive, the consistency of all the spices was perfect, and it was quite delicious to enjoy.

The following is an interesting presentation with my username, and date written on a piece of paper as per the contest rules.

I'm ending this here for today, I'll be back with a new recipe, everyone stay safe. May Allah protect you.
