Bienvenidos a otra semana en la dinámica de colores en nuestras comidas, para esta semana traemos la tonalidad blanca que transmite pureza, paz, equilibrio, limpieza, y perfección. Participar es muy sencillo queremos que te diviertas mientras preparas o degustas una comida, postre, bebida, fruta, verdura, hortaliza,condimento o utilizas un ingrediente con el color protagonista de la semana en tus comidas.

¿ Como puedo participar?

Comparte hermosas capturas fotográficas de una comida, bebida, postre, fruta, verdura, hortaliza,condimento, ingrediente que uses del color protagonista de la semana con una breve descripción de este ingrediente de color blanco , háblanos de sus propiedades y beneficios.

No es necesario que nos muestre el paso a paso de la preparación de la comida, cuéntanos datos interesante de esa comida que tiene como ingrediente o presentación final el color blanco ,puede ser datos de costo o disponibilidad en el mercado, también es de nuestro interés conocer que causa en ti este color cuando lo visualizas en las comidas.

Welcome to another week in the dynamics of colors in our meals, for this week we bring the white hue that conveys purity, peace, balance, cleanliness, and perfection. Participating is very simple, we want you to have fun while preparing or tasting a meal, dessert, drink, fruit, vegetable, condiment or use an ingredient with the main color of the week in your meals.

How can I participate?

Share beautiful photographic captures of a food, drink, dessert, fruit, vegetable, condiment, ingredient that you use of the protagonist color of the week with a brief description of this white ingredient, tell us about its properties and benefits.

It is not necessary that you show us the step by step of the preparation of the food, tell us interesting data of that food that has as ingredient or final presentation the white color, it can be data of cost or availability in the market, it is also of our interest to know what causes in you this color when you visualize it in the meals.
