Le damos la bienvenida a todos los amigos chef a que se unan a está nueva temporada 13 de esta primera semana donde iniciamos con mucho entusiasmo y agradecemos por elegirnos a estar de nuevo con ustedes. Esperamos muchas entradas, así que ven a participar que te traemos un extraordinario concurso. "Delicias de Ensaladas".
En la gastronomía existe una variedad de ensaladas. Las puedes encontrar, cocidas y crudas, dulces y saladas.
Cada país tiene un ingrediente predominante que le da ese toque especial en ellas.
Como hay infinidad de su preparación, desde una simple ensalada de tomate y cebolla, puedes hacerla con los ingredientes que tengas en casa, o con sus ingredientes originales, también podrás crearla a tu estilo, siéntate libre en tu elaboración 🤗
Cómo participar. |

1.- Primero debes elaborar una deliciosa ensalada y realizar el paso a paso.
2.- Háblame de ella, es tú preferida, la que más preparas en casa?
3.-Son fáciles de conseguir sus ingredientes, se cultivan en tu país o son importados, cuéntame.
4.-Esta ensalada con que otro contornos acompañas, o la comes sola.
5.-Para finalizar dime cómo se llama esta ensalada en tu país, o si es inventada por ti dime cómo tu la llamarías.

We welcome all chef friends to join this new season 13 of this first week where we start with great enthusiasm and thank you for choosing us to be with you again. We expect many entries, so come and participate, we bring you an extraordinary contest. "Salad Delicacies ".
In gastronomy there is a variety of salads. You can find them, cooked and raw, sweet and salty.
Each country has a predominant ingredient that gives them that special touch.

Finally, tell me what this salad is called in your country, or if it is invented by you, tell me what you would call it.
