Hello Everyone!

I hope all will be happy and form of the goodness and all will be happy and enjoying your life by the grace of Allah Almighty.

My name is Faran Nabeel and today i shall participate in this contest is Educate about honey and it's benefits. It is very interesting and amazing contest organized by @siz-official. And i am very thankful to SIZ Management for making this wonderful contest.

First of all, because i am student of food processing and preservation of technology so, I have some information about honey and it's benefits.

Everyone is now the Honey is a solution of sugar. And it is very sweet because it is a sweet syrup. It is the from of liquid. And it is very thick liquid. And because i am also student of food processing and preservation of technology so, i will also study about honey and in which my study i read the honey in the sugar industry called a thick sweet syrup. Because it is very thick and it's color is golden.

Sources of honey 🍯

The big and main source of honey is the hive of bees (شہد کی مکھیوں کا چھتہ ) . Yes the honey bees is made a honey in his hives. And we found the hive of bees in trees. And it is very difficult to take found honey form hives. Because in the hive the many bees are present. And it is very dangerous work to take honey form hives.

In the lower level we use a fire for remove bees from hives And that we can get honey from the hives.

And in the industrial level we have a proper dress for get a honey from hives. And you see in the below picture for clearly understanding. I hope you really understand about sources of honey 🍯.

And there a some more different bees is the source of honey.

Honey is made by bees and the bees produce a sugar or honey from flowers and you also see in the upper picture the bee are get a sugar from sun flowers. And after honey bees atore a honey in his hives.

Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions from plants.

Honey is very important for a healthy lifestyle. And the honey have a many benefits in our life.
Someone are written in the lower. I hope you really like it.

Honey is help in a maintain sugar level in our body
Honey is help in heal wounds.
Honey is help in creating a smooth and soft skin.
It is effective in removing free radicals in our body.
It is a big source of energy.
Honey is very good for weight loss.
Honey is a very good source of anti oxidants.
Honey is used an antiseptic.
Honey is a good substitute of sugar.
Honey is regulated insulin in our body.
Honey is a big source of nutrients such as carbohydrates.
Honey is rich in vitamin b6 so, it is very good source of vitamin b6.
Honey is rich in iron so, it is very good source of iron.
Honey is rich in calcium so, it is very good source of calcium.
Honey is rich in magnesium so, it is very good source of magnesium.
Honey is rich in potassium so, it is very good source of potassium.
Honey is rich in sodium so, it is very good source of sodium.
Honey is very good remedy for cough and cold.
Honey is very good remedy for hair.
Honey is very good for peoples who take exercise.

And now you read there are some basics benefits of honey.

Uses of honey 🍯 in Products

There are many uses of honey in our life such honey is used for weight loss and it is also used in many dairy and confectionery products such as Shake of milk and honey with almonds and honey is also used for tea sweetniar. So, know i shared one recipe for steemians which honey is used.

Honey and lemon Tea 🍵

And now i will share a very good and small recipe for our siz fellows for extra knowledge.
I hope you really like my recipe.
So, let's start......

Ingredients

Sr. No	Ingredients	Quantity
01	Honey	5ml
02	Lemon	2tbl
03	Ginger	1mg
04	Water	25ml
05	Mint	2 leaves

Method of making Tea

Its method is very simple first of all lemon juice and honey take in cup or mug.
After take 1 gram Ginger in the cup .
After take 25 ml hot water and take in to the cup and mixed it.
And now your tea is ready.
