As a 24 Hours Travel Reporter, I visited a Health Service Provider Zone Jaswant Rai Speciality Hospital in Meerut City which is close to my town. It is a well-known multi-speciality private hospital offering round-the-clock care. It is described as a 24x7 facility with around 150 beds, ICU support, emergency services, OPD, and operation theater facilities.

The hospital provides care across several departments, including cardiology, pediatrics, phrenology, onco-surgery, general surgery, ENT, obstetrics and gynecology, and neurosurgery. It also has diagnostic support such as MRI, CT scan, X-ray, pathology, sonography, and blood bank services.

02 How were the services and history both inside and outside? (With pictures + prices, videos)

Jaswant Rai Speciality Hospital has a long local presence in Meerut. As far as I know I have been seeing this place for a long time. It is recognized a multi-specialty hospital with modern diagnostic and treatment facilities.

Inside, it is reported to have around 150 beds, ICU support, emergency care, OPD services, MRI, CT scan, X-ray, pathology, sonography, blood bank, and 24x7 specialist teams.

Outside, the hospital is known mainly for its location in the heart of the city, which makes it fairly well connected. Its reputation is mixed though with its top class doctors. I can relate with this hospital as once my mother was treated successfully here and also she breathed her last in this hospital itself.

The hospital has good doctors, infrastructure, and organized care, trained staff with good behavior, hygiene, billing, etc. In short, the medical setup looks strong, but as usual you can't satisfy all.

The hospital is very large and also it's not possible to go to all sections without permission so I am giving you images where I could reach easily.

03 What services did you go there for?

I went here today and as I entered this hospital I still remember that wrapped around this place the day my mother took her last breath. The walls, the corridors, even the waiting area seem to carry that memory for me, as if time never fully moved on.

She came here fighting a heart problem, and we, my brothers and father who was posted in this city then came with hope, fear, and prayers folded together in our hearts.

I remember I was with her at the time of her death not believing she will leave us so suddenly. But my life changed in that private room, and I have been living with that moment ever since.

 
Even after so many years, this hospital is not just a building to me. It is where I lost my mother, where my world felt suddenly incomplete. Today, I walk past that memory with respect, grief, and love.

I feel a few wounds do not vanish easily but they simply learn to live quietly inside us. Anyway, I am not blaming this hospital for our loss but her absence still shapes my heart.

My 24-hour experience at Jaswant Rai Speciality Hospital felt intense and emotional. The hospital is open around the clock, and the emergency system seemed active, with doctors, nurses, and support staff working continuously. Inside, the hospital appeared to have strong medical facilities, including ICU care, diagnostics, and multiple specialties, which gave an impression of seriousness and capability.

 
At the same time, the management experience seemed mixed. Some people have praised the doctors and organized treatment, while others have raised concerns about billing, staff behavior, hygiene, and delayed responses. Outside the hospital, it is known as a long-established healthcare center which gives it a familiar local presence in Meerut.

Overall, my experience would be that the hospital has strong medical reach, but its service quality depends a lot on the shift, staff, and situation.

Conclusion

What I went through here is an old story but my experience with this hospital leaves me with a sense of gratitude and respect. The care, attention, and constant effort of the medical team shows that even in difficult moments, people here work tirelessly to support patients and families.

The hospital’s round-the-clock availability, strong medical setup, and long-standing presence in Meerut give it an important place in the community. While every hospital has its challenges, the positive side is that it continues to serve people when they need help most. For me, it stands as a place of hope, dedication, and service.
