We are very happy to apply as a team of Community Curators for the month of January. We are grateful to the steemit team for giving us this opportunity. We are committed to working for the growth of the platform. We are determined to form a team of three members with extensive experience and active on the Steemit platform.

I am submitting our application post on behalf of The midpoint. Below is a brief introduction and necessary information about our team members.

I’m Damith from Sri Lanka, a Civil Engineer in the profession and an enthusiastic Steemian for five years now. I joined Steemit in September 2020, during my final year of university life. I must admit that Steemit has completely changed my lifestyle and mentality.

Through my dedication throughout my tenure, I have been fortunate to have held various roles and responsibilities, contributing positively to the platform.
Currently, I am working as a Steem Atlas Ambassador for Sri Lanka. I have served as a Country Representative for Sri Lanka and could help the native steemians to build up from scratch through various initiatives in the Sri Lankan community. Also, I have worked as a moderator of STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE and Steem Sri Lanka communities, a greeter, and a curator in the Newcomers' community (Verification of Newcomers' achievements, especially in the South Asian region). Apart from that, I have experience working as a community curator in different teams for many years.
