IngredientsQuantity
Polao rice2 Cup
Liquid milk1 kg
Grated coconut1 Cup
Sugar2 cup (to taste)
Almonds and raisinsA small amount

The process of making "Paise Recipe"(Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Preparing rice

33463.jpg

✔ I first washed the fragrant pulao rice well, soaked it in clean water for 15-20 minutes, then drained the rice water so that the rice would cook faster.

Step 2: Boiling liquid milk

33466.jpg

✔ I now put 1 kg of liquid milk in a clean pot on the stove. For its flavor, I added bay leaves and cardamom and let it burn for a while.

Step 3: Adding rice to milk
33467.jpg33468.jpg

✔ When the milk in the pan boils, I add the pre-washed polao rice to it. I add a little salt to it to enhance the sweetness. I keep stirring on low heat until the polao rice is cooked.

Step 4: Sweets and other ingredients

33469.jpg

✔ Once the rice was cooked, I added the grated coconut, sugar and raisins. I stirred the mixture continuously until it thickened so that it didn't stick to the bottom.

Step 5: Serving and decoration

✔ When the paise thickened, I removed them from the oven and poured them into a bowl. Then I sprinkle chopped nuts and raisins on top of the paise to make them look attractive.

This is beautiful and I like what you have done. Wishing you good luck

Brother Mueein, your Payesh recipe is excellent. This Payesh made with Polao rice, coconut, and nuts-raisins looks truly mouth-watering. Especially, the fact that you prepared such nutritious food with your own hands for your little son is very sweet.
