Today, the day of cleaning the room, I had a very pleasant surprise, there are many, but really many flowers by now, but I have already photographed many, so, if there was a possibility, I wanted a different subject, when I felt call, I went without too much conviction towards a cage for birds, where I saw 2 adult parakeets, but the best was yet to come...

I hadn't noticed a small wooden creation, when the upper door opened I saw the wonder of the wonders contained within it...

There were 5 little ones, 5 little little birds, I took the 2 bigger and more independent ones, those who followed me for a moment with their eyes, they were really cute, they start moving back and forth in the small house where they have been inserted since when they are born, every day that passes they are more and more autonomous and independent, another week, maybe 10 days, and they can be considered, to all intents and purposes, as small adult parakeets...

The early work shift has slipped away quite quickly, the fact that it is now more than a week that I have started to do some physical activity has repercussions on the degree of my real efficiency, also and above all at a working level, because I know with real pleasure that I can carry out my duties with greater ease than in the recent past, where for nothing I was in trouble, not that now I am already in perfect and splendid physical shape, but in any case I am much better, in terms of sensations that I feel in the normal activities of my life...

Even today, in the late afternoon, because now it's really hot, I'll go for some physical movement, maybe I won't do 200-meter running sessions alternating with brisk walking breaks, maybe I'll just walk, but in any case I won't stay still , the pains are there, cursed, that still do not leave me alone, but I have no intention of giving up a single millimeter, if possible...

Oggi, giornata di pulizia del locale, ho avuto una piacevolissima sorpresa, ci sono tantissimi, ma veramente tantissimi fiori ormai, ma parecchi li ho già fotografati, per cui, se ci fosse stata una possibilità, volevo un soggetto diverso, quando mi sono sentito chiamare, sono andato senza troppa convinzione verso una gabbietta per uccellini, dove vedevo 2 cocorite adulte, ma il bello doveva ancora venire...

Non avevo fatto caso a una piccola realizzazione in legno, quando lo sportellino superiore si è aperto ho visto la meraviglia delle meraviglie contenute al suo interno...

C'erano ben 5 piccolini, 5 uccellini piccolini piccolini, ho ripreso i 2 più grandini e indipendenti, quelli che mi seguivano un attimo con lo sguardo, erano davvero carinissimi, iniziano a muoversi avanti e indietro nella piccola casetta dove sono stati inseriti sin da quando sono nati, ogni giorno che passa sono sempre più autonomi e indipendenti, ancora una settimana, forse 10 giorni, e si potranno considerare, a tutti gli effetti, come delle piccole cocorite adulte...

Il turno di lavoro mattiniero è scivolato via abbastanza velocemente, il fatto che ormai è più di una settimana che ho ripreso a fare un po' di attività fisica si ripercuote sul grado della mia reale efficienza, anche e soprattutto a livello lavorativo, perché noto con vero piacere che riesco a svolgere le mie mansioni con maggiore facilità rispetto a un recente passato, dove per un nulla andavo in affanno, non che adesso sono già in perfetta e splendida forma fisica, ma in ogni caso sto decisamente meglio, a livello di sensazioni che provo nelle normali attività della mia vita...

Anche oggi, nel tardo pomeriggio, perché adesso è veramente caldo, andrò a fare del movimento fisico, forse non farò delle sessioni di 200 metri di corsa alternate a pause di camminata a passo veloce, forse camminerò solamente, ma in ogni caso non rimarrò fermo, i dolori ci sono, maledetti, che ancora non mi lasciano in pace, ma non ho nessuna intenzione di mollare di un solo millimetro, se possibile...
