SIXTH CONTEST: INSPIRING WORDS | SELF-ESTEEM

As a human being who knows how to love... loving things, places, material things and most especially loving other people that sometimes made us forget our self worth because we often times value them and their existence.

We get hurt, we get in trouble, sacrificed for others but still we have this feeling of being unappreciated. We mostly feel the emptiness in our hearts when time comes to feel that we also need to be appreciated.

One thing I have learned though I kept on forgetting is that, WE CAN NEVER LEARN TO LOVE OTHERS IF WE DON'T LOVE OURSELVES FIRST. This is sometimes contradicting for me but as I have learned to appreciate my my weaknesses and learn forgive my self for not valuing my own sometimes.

These are the following things I do to make my self valued and loved. These are just very simple but it's worth doing it. Giving my self a treat!

Having my favorite mango dessert

Going to the beach

Travel. It can be domestic destination.

Seeing beautiful sights. Flowers are just incomparable for me.

And a delicious healthy meal! 😋

You might be struggling this time with self-worth, don't worry you are not alone. As long as you keep on reminding yourself that you are loved and valued. It may not be to all but for some people around you. You just need to know who they are. YOU ARE PRECIOUS MY FRIEND!
