A Spontaneous Trip to a famous hill station with an Old Friend.

Today i want to record my experience travelling to a famous hill station in south India. Iam just an ameatuer at writing but I tried my best to express my experience in this post, hope you like it, Have fun reading.

Last year Me and my friend were talking about travelling to a hill station, but it was nothing serious at first and after few days he contacted me and told me to come to a place where we would meetup and we both travel together to Kodaikanal in a motorbike. It was so sudden and i was not prepared but he insisted and he already left his home, so i got no choice but to meet him . I had no money with me at that time so i borrowed some money from my friend and we started our journey.

This is the first time we met in 4 years And his motor bike's clutch plate was damaged when we finally met, so we found a mechanic shop and we got it fixed in no time, but finding that shop took way more time. after finally repairing the bike we started our journey , it was so much fun travelling with a friend who you finally met after 4 years, we talked about a lot of stuff.

Then we reached the Hills Station, the view was already beautiful when we started to go uphills and we can't wait to see how the view is from up there. we finally reached the town in the hills and found ourselves a nice room. and stayed in for the night.

The next morning my friend suggested we should go to poombarai which is like 2 hours away from where we stayed in, so we left early that morning and we saw a signboard for a trekking site when we were travelling, since we left early we had time to take a detour, so we went to see what's up. but the trekking program needs 4 hours to complete , but there was a small pond and there was a small streetfood shop, so we made a stop and relaxed there for a bit. we found a stray dog and we bought him some buiscuts, he was amazing.

After that, we left the place and after driving for over an hour we finally reached poombarai which was a beautiful place. the was a tea shop, the shop is not famous, it was just set up on the terrace of the home of owner. my friend had already come to this shop so he knew and was excited to show me and I was really surprised. poombarai itself is a beautiful place where there was a village in center and was surrounded by hills. Ill leave some pictures here , have fun.

after hanging out for some time , the climate started to change and it started to rain. it was already very chill and rain on top of that made it very cool. so we rushed to room but it was like 2 hour drive, so we stopped if we had chance but we drived most of the time. finally, we reached the room and rain stopped and the view was good, so i tried to take a long exposure photo.
