Why Power-Ups are Important for your growth on Steemit? | Delegations | Spud4steem

Dear ladies,

I know it's very tempting to redeem the steem you earn on Steemit. It feels good to spend it in real life by converting it in fiat currency.

But you the know the real growth of your steem account is not in how much you earn and cash your steem. The real growth of your steem account is in building up your steem power. I will tell you why.

You cannot always rely on bigger accounts ( with higher steem power ) to vote for you. What if the curators suddenly stop voting for you? If your account's growth is only dependant on them, it will stop right away.

You should also build your own Steem power and earn curation rewards by voting others. How cool is that? ;-)

It is not necessary to do big power-ups all the time. You can fix some percentage monthly and only power-up that amount.

Delegate to Steem Women's Club

If you power up, you can delegate your steem power to Steemwomen's club curation account. Why?

• You can earn delegation rewards in return.
• You will be given a rank according to the amount you delegated.
• You will have influence.
• You will help in building up the steem power of our curation account. Right now you are getting votes from SWC (Steem women's club) curation account of worth $0.85 max with the steem power of approximately 33,000. If you delegate and we reach 50,000 , the SWC vote's worth will be $2.5 and if it reached 1 lac , it will be $4.25 according to the current price of Steem. The steem will likely to be doubled and as a result the votes worth will be increased too.

My dear ladies, it all depends on our collective effort - how can we make SWC strong enough and make it powerful enough and help it to independently support its members with higher votes. It all depends on us.

We make sure to vote all the quality posts of the day with SWC account, doesn't matter it makes it to top 5 or not.

If SWC grows, you will have constant support. :)

SPUD4STEEM

Speaking of power ups and that too at the end of the month, how can we forget about #spud4steem challenge.

In this challenge users do a power-up on 1st of every month and top 5 people who's percentage increase in the power up is highest, get very good delegations for full 3 weeks.

It is a very great opportunity. There are some rules you have to follow. You can read the detailed post here .

There is a certain rule of having at least 500 sp prior to the power up and reputation of at least 40. But I suggest you to still do the power-up. Because it's not just about winning delegation, it's about increasing your steem power, growing your account and helping SteemWomen's Club as well.

If you are participating in the challenge, make an announcement post showing your wallet status before the power-up as described in the rules in the above link. The announcement post MUST be made before 1st june.

On 1st of June, you will have to do the actual power-up and make a post showing your wallet status after the power up.
