I survive out of pure anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, discomfort, and fear about what may happen in the future. It is a natural reaction to stress or uncertainty. Many people constantly get anxious, and this ongoing intense fear can have an impact on their everyday lives. People who had this condition reported symptoms including irritability, panic, difficulty concentrating, sweating, and a racing heart. We can reduce the impact of anxiety on our lives by understanding it and managing it properly.

A variety of things in my life contributed to my anxiety. When my younger son moved to a university in another country for higher education, I was filled with anxiety. Also, after spending an extended period with us over his vacation, I was worried when he returned to school. Furthermore, when my eldest son married and moved to a separate residence, my mind was filled with concern. Like that, I felt anxious every time my children or my husband departed me because I like to associate with them at all times. Additionally dealing with arguments or conflicts with friends and family members makes me anxious because I don’t like to hurt them. Moreover, certain situations such as health issues, and managing household finances can cause me anxiety. Furthermore, anything that disturbs my normal routine may cause anxiety. Finally, I might become anxious when I am concerned for my family's well-being, such as their safety and happiness.

How do you deal with this feeling?

When I feel anxious, I use a few simple methods to help calm myself. First, I take deep breaths to relax my body and mind. Breathing slowly and deeply helps reduce my immediate feelings of panic. I also focus my mind on something positive such as reading a book or listening to music to take my mind off what’s causing the anxiety. Sometimes I talk with my friends or family members about my anxiety, because sharing my feelings, can reduce my anxiety. In addition, I stay active by going for a walk or doing light exercise, which helps to reduce my stress and improves my mood. Finally, I practice mindfulness or meditation to stay in the moment and prevent worrying about the future. These simple strategies help me manage my anxiety and feel more in control.

Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

We can avoid anxiety by adopting healthy habits and strategies. We can engage in regular physical exercise for at least 30 minutes every day, such as walking, yoga, or swimming. A well-balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats may increase our mood and energy. Another tip is to ensure get enough restful sleep each night at least 7-9 hours. We can also relax our minds by practicing techniques like deep breathing, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation. Additionally, we can reduce our feelings of isolation and anxiety, by sharing and socializing our thoughts. Furthermore, indulging in a favorite hobby, adopting a pet, appreciating natural beauty, and spending time with close friends and family members would greatly assist you overcome your anxiety.

Comer bien, trotar, estar con la familia es bueno para no sentir ansiedad pero yo digo que el principal causas de la ansiedad es el hecho de trabajar y como el la gran mayoría de los trabajos como los tratan y lo que sienten saludos.

My dear friend indeed anxiety in inside in our life and sometime if invade our thoughts and will become suffer from it.

You have share certain tips which can be adopted in our life to overcome the feeling of the anxiety in our life as she told us take the breath and calm down yourself ultimately it will take few minutes and definitely will feel good and relax.

Yes, whatever our anxieties are, we can overcome them by addressing them straight on. We merely need to find the answers to those questions, which is simple if we understand the root of the anxiety.

Hola! Es interesante como uno ve a nuestros padres como superpoderosos, como que nuncan siente miedo o ansiedad pero la realidad es otra. Al final somos humanos y es tan tierno que sientas ansiedad por los cambios que experimenta tu hijo, que uno no se imagina jamás que esas cosas puedan afectar a si a los padres.
