My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2022
Another beautiful summer day here in the Northern Hemisphere…
Coffee first of course followed by an early morning walk with Lola. We have to get out before the heat of the day. Lola does not like to be out in the sun much after 10:00 am
We did some gardening, trimming of trees and pulling of weeds.
It was very hot in the afternoon so I did a lot of swimming to stay cool.
Finally a beautiful sunset on the lake…
