Hi everyone!

Happy Sunday and welcome to my fitness blog report for today.

As usual I did my workout activity this morning around the neighborhood. It was cold and windy. I couldn’t find the sun and the clouds were grey and bleak. Just glad it didn’t rain today.

I got home before 10 this morning from that session. At home I did two loads of laundry. And for dessert I had ice cream 😉.
