My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2022
Hello Everyone!
Thanks for stopping by again and welcome to another fitness report. It’s been a long fun day under the sun 🌞.
Started at around 7 this morning. At first it was cold as I was looking out by my window.
I started with my usual stretching exercises at home. And as the day progresses I noticed that it was sunny outside, thought that was nice opportunity to go out and about… jogging and walking. That was a great workout I had this morning.
Later, in the afternoon I continued my stepping activity going to the market at Ruston. I was browsing around then I continued to walk along the sidewalk by the shore and getting and feeling a fresh of breath air flowing every now and then was awesome. So many people were out and about taking advantage of the sunny weather today.
