"Steem Cameroon Best day Contest - 25-10-2024"

I have always wanted to visit this Riverine area in my state, it is popular for its rich aquatic activities. The market holds majorly every Monday which means they're always selling sub days but the main market is every Monday. people all over the state so come to purchase goods from the market.

Many people are usually frustrated due to how things play out in the market. Some cry due to the lose of their products or due to damages. Every market day comes new stories but that didn't take away the humanity people have. How happy I was to know that people do care for one another even in a frustrating state, I was very happy to know that love still exists.

The soil conditions of the Riverine area that day wasn't favourable at all and a night before that there was a heavy rainfall. In the market one of the customer fell in a pile of mud, I saw how concerned the people were as they rushed to help her, not minding, they went in the mud too. The got water and also assisted her to wash off the mud. I was just lost in thoughts as I said to myself "so humans still offer kindness and compassion". I felt so happy because this made my day already.

Why is it my Best Day of that Week?

I have so many reasons why this is particular day is my best day, it was really a happy moment for me because I was able to explore and take pictures of this art. I have never seen a big and huge canoes like the one I saw that day, I always see small canoes and boats but when I reached the shore I was so shocked to see these canoes delivering goods gotten from the border. I immediately took on my camera to capture this for a better memory.

I have phobia for water and I was very shocked to see small children around the age of 5 controlling canoes and boats. The people there were so accommodating and friendly, I wasn't expecting that because the stress they were getting would make them frustrated, that alone made me so happy to relate and talk to them.

Even with the economic state of the country I was still shocked when I total stranger offered to get me water, I was happy to know that love still exists amongst us. I went home reminiscing on the event that happened earlier that day and I caught myself smiling, what a happy day that was.
