Hey everyone! How are you all? I hope you're safe and secure.
In the morning I did my school homework, I was very bored so I thought of making some crafts. I made a flower basket out of colour sheets out of grey and brown. I am sharing the steps down here.
MATERIALS
Materials required :
- Scissors
- Gum
- Cutter
- Scale
- Colour papers, any two contrast colours I took brown and grey
- Compass
- Pencil
- Cardboard
- Small beads
Cut those brown and grey colour sheets into strips of 3cm x 28cm approximately.
Stick the two ends of the brown colour strips to make rings.
Draw a circle of radius approximately 6cm as a radius in the cardboard, and cut that out.
Draw a circle on another grey sheet more than the radius of cardboard and paste the grey sheet on the cardboard.
Now, fold and paste the extra sheets into the cardboard.
GREY SHEETS INTO STRIPS of the same length of the brown strips
Paste the grey strips as the sun rays as shown in the picture above.
Take a piece of grey sheet cut that into a circle a bit smaller than the cardboard so that you can stick it in the middle.
Take the ring sheets made out of brown colour. Place it by leaving alternate strips of grey. Repeat this process according to how much height you want.
I repeated this process alternatively five times. Concentrate on the crisscross sticking. It may be confusing.
Stick the last ending of the grey strips inside. It looks like a cup.
The final look of the basket without a handle. Now cut small flowers with the grey sheet, collect some beads and stick them in the centre of the flower with help of glue, or a glue gun. You can't stick the beads with glue sticks.
I made five flowers and stuck them in the handles for a design.
