LOTS OF AWESOMENESS GOING DOWN ON THE HOMESTEAD!!😁

We will start with the cutest video ever! This is Simba, barking. We received him when he was 5 weeks old as the mama had turned violent toward the puppies and they were already fully weaned.

POWER TO THE SHED!!!

Having received and installed the first half of my lithium ion batteries I was wholeheartedly expired to put electric out to the shed again. We had had power there before but when we move the solar away from the shed to the house, the power to it was disconnected and never reconnected... That cannot be said anymore.

*A power outlet so i can plug things in.

*And a light to be able to see my way in the dark.😁

This will be a huge help and i no longer have to remember to bring a flashlight when i have to go to the shed. It also frees up a hand not carrying a flashlight.😁 Also being able to plug things in out here will expand my workable area and help to keep messes away from the cabin.💪💪🥳

BLOODROOT

One of our medicine plants, Bloodroot, has come up and is blooming beautifully! This is exciting as it signals the beginning of spring for us and a good sign for prepping the garden.

A HUGE STEP FORWARD

In order for us to begin building on the stone house, we have to be able to access the piece if of land where it will be located. As it is even deeper in the he woods then the cabin and in rougher terrain, we have to prep before building can begin. One thing we definitely needed was a couple water culverts to put in the creek to be able to drive across them, and control the water flow. I was looking to buy a new one when a good friend said they has one...and that i could have it. All i had to do was pick it up.
