Looks very very delicious! Potato may be the best food on earth. It does not spoil easily and it can be used to make a variety of explendid dishes. But this method of cooking is my favorite, i like the flavor that comes from it's peel. Such a shame most of the people don't like it's taste and waste the peel :)
