Thank you both so much! @powellx5 , @medicinewheel following you both! The setup/layout is thanks to my friends, I hepled with a bit of the suspension/build but can't take credit for planting/layout. I agree it is a wonderful setup and they were on point with the organization. It's suspended by a stud in the ceiling, a half pallet cut to size, a few chain lengths and eye screws! Have to keep it elevated from the cats/kittens because of the cat grass and curiosity! As for the explination of LED and R&B light it comes from my natural need/want to explain theory/reason behind interesting scientific/energy ideas!
