RE: High Tunnel Time | Step 1: Clearing Land

So many thoughts...

First, I think I still don't know what a high tunnel is, but I'll stay tuned.

Second, I so appreciate the way you are reviving farming arts that in many places have been lost. Your dedication to living this way, whatever your personal reasons for doing so may be, means that the rest of us get to have this knowledge shared with us now and preserved for our futures.

Lastly, I feel you on the pain of buying soil you later find out is riddled with pernicious weeds! Why do they sell that stuff?

hehe here is the first post we did where we talk more about high tunnels (https://steemit.com/homesteading/@mountainjewel/high-tunnel-time-or-step-1-clearing-land), but yes stay tuned as all with be revealed.

thank you <3 it's our purpose to share this stuff!!!

ugh, yeah on the soil... it's just a part of that type of bottom land soil to have this pernicious weed in it! we got it from a local quarry and rock place, so definitely soil quality is not their main bag!!!
