The Diary Game: Attending A Get-together (11-01-2026)

Our get together party in the gym was holding today evening. I went out early to get a gift because exchange of gifts was part of the minutes. The gymnasium had different branches across the city and all those branches were coming to our branch for the get together. The management of the gym had done explicit well in the organization of the event.

Myself

Varieties of food were to be served at the get together party and plantain was one of them. I was to supply the plantain, so I took the head cook to my warehouse and showed her the available plantain. I also had yams available in my warehouse and she told me that she will also need yams. The goods were much so we had to find a vehicle to transport the goods to our cooking venue.

Food concert

I was one of executives of the gym participant planing committee, so I had to run around to make the event successful. The cookers started cooking and then noticed that the coolers available would not be enough. I had to find a place to rent coolers. I got six extra and hoped they suffice. Luckily for me the extra coolers were enough.

Getting coolers for food

I had soup and garri for launch. Today had being very busy and I felt so hungry. I went to a restaurant and order for a meal. After eating, I attended to a few things I had to do. I later went home and had a nap because my head was aching. When I woke, I arranged my house, went to my laundry man, got the cloth I was to wear for the get together. I got a call from my fellow gym brother saying that he was already in the gym . I hurried over to the gym . The even had not strated but we had to be there before it started. I was to handle the opening prayer and I did that. The event was very interactive. Gifts were given to the most consistent . I got chin chin and carbonated drinks.

We played games, had drinks, danced and enjoyed ourselves. I left home because I have a lot of things to do tomorrow and I have to be up early. Do have a great night.
