What does your daily routine look like? (From the start of your morning to bedtime)
My daily routine is amazing, and I have gotten used to it because it helps me understand the importance of human beings on Earth. I normally wake up around 5:13 AM when the alarm I set goes off. First, I brush my teeth; after that, I perform ablution to pray the Fajr prayer. Then, I eat the food cooked at home and head to my workplace to support myself and my immediate family through the money I earn. Sometimes, I usually leave home early in the morning to walk half a mile in order to burn cholesterol in my body.
As a person who comes from a good Muslim background, we closed from office by 4:00 PM, and I make sure that I pray the Asr prayer before I leave office. When I get home, I try my best to get good sleep so that my brain and body can relax. By the time I wake up, I will open my Steemit account to see what is going on.
Which health or food habit has helped you the most?
Eating good food that contains a lot of balanced diet can help us look healthier and stronger all the time. A person who doesn't eat quality food may experience malnutrition, which may eventually lead to sickness. I thank Almighty Allah for the health because He is the one who provided what I eat in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Like I said earlier, I like to walk in the morning, and it's the kind of exercise I love most because it helps me stay fit and also boosts my immune system to fight against illness. Sometimes I eat fruits such as watermelon, banana, or dates to improve my healthy living as well as to help me stay active all the time. Water also plays an essential role; after I eat the food, I usually drink it to help me easily digest the food and flush out harmful bacteria through urine.
What do you do to manage your time or increase productivity?
Time management plays a crucial role because it helps to increase productivity. We must know how to manage our time through proper planning as well as avoid distractions that will not allow us to achieve our goals. It's necessary to manage our time by doing the most annoying tasks first so that they do not consume the time we need in order to accomplish our productivity.
I judiciously manage my time effectively, it reduces the stress I may encounter in the workplace, allowing me to think about how to solve some complex problems that may occur.
A person who wants to increase their productivity needs to remove things that are not important; instead, we must use our time on things that would be useful for our entire lives.
What is your most effective or favorite life hack that could benefit others?
My favorite hack that benefits others is to read different kinds of books, especially business-oriented and motivational books, in order to help them feed their minds with positive thoughts. At least 6 pages a day is good because it will change their lives for the better.
Another thing is to remove bad behaviors such as drinking, smoking, and adultery. Removing these illicit acts can help our lives so that we can become better people. Replacing bad behaviors with good ones can also help to enjoy a good quality of life.
Additionally, we must always dream big, as well as work hard, so that such dreams can become a reality. Individuals must identify their weaknesses and strengths in order to help them work towards the most important things that will lead to success.
