The Diary Game: A Busy Day At My Laundry Shop (05-01-2026)

Today was a very hectic and stressful day in my laundry shop, I just set today aside to wash the clothes I collected since Saturday and since none of them were urgent work, I washed them this morning. Yesterday I was washing the urgent ones so I didn't have much time to wash these ones. I was still selecting the clothes to wash this morning.

You know, after selecting the clothes to wash, I turned the water into the bowl and then I began to wash the clothes. I don't have a washing machine yet but I am saving up to get one very soon so that it will help me wash fast as using my hands do take time.

The clothes were very much that even by 1pm in the afternoon, I didn't finish washing it. The entire hot sun was hitting on me and it was very hot but since they were people's clothes, I had to make sure I finished washing them so that I can dry them for ironing.

After I finished washing the clothes by 3pm in the afternoon, some of the clothes I washed earlier today were already dry so I took them inside and kept then I went to my chair and rest while waiting for other clothes to dry.

I checked my time and 4:30pm was approaching, so I went to the fuel station to buy fuel. I bought fuel and I returned back. While on my way back, I bough banana and groundnut go come and eat since I was hungry and I needed to put something in my stomach.

After eating the banana, I disposed the peels very well and then I turned on the generator and began to iron the clothes I washed in the morning. I ironed the clothes till late in the evening that my wife began to call me and was sounding bothered, I told her to keep calm that I will be coming back, I had set the target for clothes I will be ironing.

By 8pm, I was done, but I was very tired, I called my wife to know if there was food at home and she told me there was food so I went back home. When I got home, she gave me rice and stew and I ate then I went and bathed a very cold bathed.

Since I had proposed in my heart to start writing again on steemit, I login to steemit and started writing and even though I am sleepy I told myself I will make sure I upload it before sleeping.
