The Diary Game: Rice With Stew And Egg For Breakfast And Beginning The New Week With Hustle [02/03/2026]

Weekend is over, and here I am again ready to continue working this new week. So I woke up early this morning, had my quiet time, later on went out to exercise myself. I jogged round my compound, did push ups, sit ups for just thirty minutes, then went to the bathroom, put on the shower and bathed, thereafter applied body lotion on my body and wore a casual outfit to prepare food for myself.

I went straight up to the kitchen, boiled about two cups of white rice, while the rice was steaming, I put two eggs inside the pot till the rice was done. The next is preparation of stew; I made sure the ingredients were ready before I commenced the preparation. Ingredients such as tin tomato, onions, pepper, spices ginger, groundnut oil and others were all ready. I went ahead to prepare the stew, it was indeed delicious. What more? I took a plate and spoon,put some quantity of rice, two eggs and stew , brought it to the sitting room and ate it.

Now is time to prepare for work. After eating, I went to the bedroom, dressed up and left, I decided to trek down to my workplace as usual bacause it is a stone throw from my house. Moreso, I see trekking as part of exercise and also use the medium to look at the natural and man-made landscape like trees, buildings, road network and meeting new people.

I finally reached my destination [workplace], greeted my colleagues, then departed to my department to commence my duty. Staff at my workplace are not allowed to take photoshoot during working hours, so I couldn't take a picture. After work I got back home at few minutes past 7pm, I then bathed, ate and slept off to prepare for the next day. As they say "Early to bed, early to rise".
