The night I realized that scorpions might not be as deadly as we fear.
The Diary game (29/03/2026) Last two nights, my brother screamed out of nowhere. Hot tears in his eyes, holding his foot.
At first, we thought it was just an ant bite, until we saw it, a scorpion, tail curled, still nearby. 😱
Panic exploded. 🔥 🔥
My brother kept screaming and asking if he was going to die. My mum joined him, crying and screaming.
My grandma rushed to tie his leg while binding and casting.
I rushed out to go ask neighbors for help.
My dad kept asking people if there was any where he could get anti-venom.
But every reply from people was the same: “ No injections, No drugs, Just give him onions.”
Onions?? 😳

We were surprised and confused but we still gave him to eat and he ate it.
Within hours, he was calm, the pain reduced and he came back to himself.
So now I’m asking: If onions are all it takes, then why the fear? Why the panic? Are scorpions feared more than they should be or is this one just not the deadly kind? Or is there real power in onions we don’t know about?
The pain he felt was brutal but we overreacted.
The scorpion chilling in a container in case it's a spiritual scorpion 😂😂
