INTRODUCTION

Good day everyone, welcome to my diary session and today I will be telling you about Calisthenics. lets get started.

Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses your own body weight and resistance to build muscle, endurance and flexibility, and anyone and start or learn calisthenics.this type of training is different from gym workout because gym uses weight like dumbbell e.t.c to build muscle but calisthenics uses own body weight with exercises like push-up e.t.c.

BENEFITS OF CALISTHENICS

Calisthenics helps in building real strength, improving body control and balance, increases flexibility and mobility and it requires little or no equipment to start with.

BEGINNER EXERCISES EVERY BEGINNER MUST LEARN

Some of these exercises are push-ups, squats, planks, pull-up, dips e.t.c.

COMMON MISTAKES BEGINNERS MKE

Some mistakes are, trying advanced skills too early, ignoring proper form, skipping rest and recovery, comparing yourself with others e.t.c.

HOW TO START YOUR CALISTHENICS JOURNEY

Set your goals, create a simple routine,stay consistent e.t.c.

SKILLS YOU CAN LEARN IN CHALISTHENICS

These include Handstand, L-sit, muscle-up, planche, human flag e.t.c.

EQUIPMENT THAT CAN HELP IN YOUR CALISTHENICS JOURNEY

These include Paraletes,pull-up bar, resistance band e.t.c
