The daily diary : [19/09/2026] Going to the tech Orb and my experience.

i welcome you all back on my today's diary on how i spent my day,this is yours truly @holuwathosin.sit back as i tells you my enthusiastic experience on how my day went.

so o, the day before yesterday before i went to bed i already told myself that I'm going to work online the next day,due to the site I'm working with, i will need a whole lot of data subscription and i don't have enough data to do that at home.so i planned that i will go to the nearest workspace that we called orb to use their internet network and since it's starlink network that their using,it will be fast and the website will load faster and i will be able finish up with my work faster.

i woke up this morning,brushed my teeth,took my bath and started going there. because the place will be open by 9 o'clock in the morning ,the daily subscription from 9 o'clock till 5pm is 2,500 naira.so, that means if you are coming again tomorrow you will have to pay exact same amount to renew it.i got there around 10 minutes past 9 o'clock in the morning.

so moving forward, i met the receptionist at the entrance because his office is the very first stop before you get inside the orb.he requested for my name ,my occupation,my phone number and my address.he asked me "which subscription am i going for"? and i replied that I'm going for daily subscription.because you can either pay 500 naira per hour or 2,500 naira from 9am till 5pm. that daily payment subscription is the better deal for me compare to paying for hour or hours.

After making my payment,i was given the starlink password and i picked a seat I was told not to connect more than two devices to the network.Funny enough i went there with only just my laptop and my handset.i connected to the internet.enter the website of the company i was working for and i started working.

okay,many will ask that,what am i doing for the company? i was helping them to transcribe and edit recorded audio files in my native tongue.it was a very sweet experience working for that company,imagine getting paid for what you do everyday for free before?,it was very interesting,enthusiastic and astonishing to me.i received my first payment last week which made me put in more work this week.

i like the ORB,it was very spacious,neat and conducive.the chairs are orthopaedic chairs that set and align your back enabling you to maintain good posture and avoid back pain.despite the fact that i accomplished my purpose on the website,i still updated like 57 apps on my phone and downloaded two full episodic films to enjoy them later, laugh,my 2,500 naira can not accomplish this if not ORB.

after that,when it was 5pm ,the place was about to close One of their receptionists came to me saying that it was time and i reply okay.on getting outside it was raining heavily so he had to call me back inside to wait till the rain stopped and when it stopped i went home.
