The Diary Game: Going to spend the day at my Dad's friends place [16-03-2026]

Today was awkward, I don't know where to start from but I guess I have to begin somewhere.
I started the with God as usual after praying l went out to buy tomatos and some other things to cook.

This was me grounding the tomatoes, I bought earlier. After grounding l prepared stew with it. My big sister had already prepared rice and beans already. All l needed to do was to prepare stew for my sef.

Well, that's me eating my breakfast for the day. After eating l took my bath and headed out for to my dad's friend house. Their l stayed till evening. During the period I was there l played with his Grandchildren. And they taught me a few things about their language. Damn!! Who knew learning Hausa would be difficult.

My dad's friend slept through out the afternoon. That man sleeps a lot. Good thing is his healthy.

Well, that's was how things were l returned back home in evening. Met my sister at home she told me that Boko- haram were in the state currently and there was an attack last night on a community. While we were discussing News got to us that Bombs were exploded in town that evening. 3 bomb as a matter of facts. We had to quickly check up on our DAD, GOD so lucky he was alright and nothing happened to him he wasn't affected. But he told us he experienced it cause he saw the bomb blew while returning back home. I and my sis where in shocked. I really don't know how to feel right now. Cause presently it feels that no where is safe in this state at the moment. My God continue to guide,protect and be with my family and may we not mourn our loss one. In Jesus name amen.

Alright guys this is where we draw the curtains for the day. We pray that may tomorrow be a better day than yesterday. It's going to be a bye from here. Till my next diary, guys, do well to take care of yourselves and stay safe out there. Much love from me to you all.
