The Diary Game: What happened at the shop today in my dad absent [31-03-2026]

Hello everyone, and welcome back. This is @knarfb, and I'm glad to have you here for yet another diary session. Wishing you all peace and blessings.

Today we celebrated CRISM MASS, at the catholic church. CRISM MASS is a mass whereby all the priest in a diocese RENEW their vow with their creator. Obviously, I was going to attend the mass. I left house this morning around 8:30am there would be confession before the mass begins.

This was me going to church this morning. Took this shot inside KeKe.

On our way going the driver followed an unusual route which had me confused a little bit. But I didn't ask questions l kept mute and continued the journey. On the road going l found out why the driver took a different routes.
That because the Nigerian Police Force (NPF), where celebrating today. I had no Idea what they where celebrating whether it was an anniversary or so. But they had the road occupied already. Which was why every vehicle followed a different routes.

This was them singing and dancing on the road. I stylishly took this shot to avoid any issues with an officer. Cause one thing l know is that officers don't like being snapped without their consent.

This parade was a few distance from my church.
I got to church but missed confessions seems l was really late. But I joined them with the CRISM MASS.

In this shot the priest where coming forth to RENEW their Vow/ promise. It was a nice mass, it got dismissed by 12am from there I went to shop. I was the BOSS at the shop and I didn't arrive on time today.

When l got to shop l met the sales boys selling market. As soon as I entered l took a shot.

Things where going well when all of a sudden our neighbour beside us started a fight. I actually don't know what caused their fight and I don't even want to know sef. But it caused commotion across the road side. I regret not snapping the fight l was carried away watching the event, besides it wouldn't be nice to bring out your camera and record during a fight.

The separation and the whole took a while to settle. Both men were fighting like GOATS they just didn't want to stop the fight. They were both aggressive. After a long persuasion the matter seized and it all died down.

The fight was actually one of the sweetest things that happened today. It felt funny to me. After the whole thing was over everyone resumed activities. We all went back to shop to continue our market. Well we sold and sold. I thank God for the market of today. We closed shop around 7pm. And went home, my big sister came to the shop in the evening l guess she came to pick me up and we went home from there.
We got home around 8pm. But couldn't enter the house because of heat we had to rest and chill small. We went inside the house by 9:30pm. After entering house l did the needful nothing much. Ate, bathed and went to bed. I had actually wrote about my day when I was outside. I posted it when I got inside made some editing before posting.
